Information We Process

When you use ListingLens, we may process the following information:

• Product photos you choose to upload or capture.
• Optional product details, such as material, size, style, occasion, condition, identifiers, included items, flaws, measurements, or whether the item is digital.
• Generated listing drafts, including title, description, tags, item specifics, condition notes, checks, and export format.
• Basic technical information, such as request timing, error logs, device/app diagnostics, app instance identifiers, and server logs.
• Subscription status and product identifiers provided through Apple StoreKit.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, generate listing drafts, deliver subscription functionality, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Automated Processing

To generate listing drafts, product photos and optional details may be sent to automated processing infrastructure providers. Those providers process the content only as needed to return your generated result and maintain the service.

You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information, private documents, payment information, or images that you do not have rights to use.

Local History and Retention

The app may store recent Etsy and eBay draft previews and generated content locally on your device so you can reuse drafts. Server logs may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive subscription status information from StoreKit, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, process generation requests, maintain hosting, provide analytics or diagnostics, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.

Your Choices

• You choose which photos and details to submit.
• You can delete local listing history by removing app data or uninstalling the app.
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by law.

Children

ListingLens is intended for sellers and business users. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised policy on this page.
