Attach the product photo or screenshot and tell us whether the Etsy or eBay draft was missing, inaccurate, or failed.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Include whether the issue is with Base, Pro, restore purchases, or subscription access.

For CSV or text export problems, attach the exported file if it is safe to share.
