Acceptance of Terms
By using ListingLens, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
What the Service Does
ListingLens generates Etsy-style and eBay-style product listing drafts from product photos and optional product details. Drafts may include titles, descriptions, tags, item specifics, condition notes, missing-detail checks, listing previews, and export files.
The service does not publish listings automatically and does not connect to Etsy, eBay, or seller marketplace accounts.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before using it. Do not publish claims about materials, origin, condition, dimensions, safety, compatibility, personalization, delivery, discounts, identifiers, authenticity, included items, or product features unless you have verified them.
Generated content may contain inaccurate assumptions, missing context, unsupported claims, or wording that is not suitable for your product or marketplace rules.
No Guaranteed Results
ListingLens does not guarantee sales, search ranking, marketplace approval, conversion rate, traffic, revenue, or business performance. Listing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ListingLens to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, counterfeit, deceptive, or prohibited content. You must have the rights needed to upload and use any product photos or product information you submit.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Prices, trial availability, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple and your Apple account settings. Access to paid features may depend on active subscription status reported by StoreKit.
- ListingLens Base: monthly subscription with 100 total uses per month.
- ListingLens Pro: monthly subscription with unlimited uses.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.
Intellectual Property
We own the ListingLens app, website, brand, design, software, and related materials. You retain rights to your product photos and product information, subject to the permissions needed for us to generate your listing drafts.
You are responsible for ensuring that your final listings do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or marketplace policies.
Independent Tool
ListingLens is an independent listing assistant and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or eBay Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Any references to Etsy or eBay are descriptive references to marketplace use cases.
Service Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms as the product changes.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
